Perhaps you’re grieving a loss that others can’t see, carrying fears about birth or parenting, or finding it hard to adjust to this version of life you didn’t quite expect. If you're nodding along, you're not alone — and you're not failing. It’s just a lot. And that’s okay.
Although I have a particular interest in perinatal trauma and EMDR therapy, the support I offer spans the full spectrum of mental health challenges that can arise in and around parenting.
I support people who are:

Modern parenting comes with a lot — relentless expectations, invisible labour, emotional ups and downs, and pressure to "bounce back" or do it all with a smile. It’s no wonder so many parents feel stretched thin or quietly falling apart inside.
